We got off the bus, and first we came close to the cliffs. Vertical cliffs were continuing into the distance. And fearful sea wind blew up the sea water from the bottom of the cliffs and sprayed into the air.
left, center:Cliffs of Moher, at over 200 meters high, which extend for 8 km.
right:O'Brien's Tower. It is located on the highest cliff and is an good viewing point. It was built in 1857 by O'Brien as a viewing point to impress his friends.

We climed a safety fence which was built along the edge of the cliffs, as most people did it. I was likely to be blown away by the strong wind and my knees were shaking!
left:We couldn't move!
center:The stone walls in front of me was a safety fence. A sign said "If you climb this fence you take full responsibility for yourself."

I crawled to the edge and I put my head over and looked down. I was likely to feel dizzy! Then I put my hand out over the edge and took some photos. It was impossible to look through my camera.
The Cliffs of Moher has a good visitor center which includes an information center, a crafts and souvenir shop and a tea room. I really enjoyed them.
