Cars and scooters...
We liked Taiwan because people were friendly, the food was nice and there were lots of tourist attractions. But we were tired of the traffic and air pollution. In particular, the air pollution was the worst problem. While walking on the sidewalk, we felt a tickle in our throats. After walking around the city all day, the inside of our noses were black because of the fumes!

Foot massage
Chinese-style foot massages are very popular for locals and there are lots of signboards for a foot massage in Taiwan. A foot massage is one of the most popular attractions for Japanese tourists. Many salons are listed on the guidebooks, which are commonly used by Japanese.

There were a few massage salons around our hotel and we went to the nearest one. It was just a few doors away from our hotel so we visited there in pajamas at midnight!

I was putting up with the pain!

She gave me reflexology with a massage lotion. I thought that she was a good reflexologist. However, Taiwanese foot massage is never a relaxing massage!

After enduring the pain, we really felt refreshed.
