View of the street
Rotorua was a famous tourist attraction so lots of souvenier shops and restaurants were lined on both sides of the street. It was like the same tourist spots in Japan.

Japanese restaurant
I drank Kirin beer, which is a well-known Japanese beer with sushi. My first drink of Japanese beer in a long time was absolutely wonderful! In all honesty, I think there is no such thing as a bad beer.

Local bakery
Sandwich and orange juice for lunch. Orange juice was always a good source of cheap vitamins during my travel!

Kebabs
I love Kebabs! I think that Kebabs are healthy to eat on my trip because kebabs have lots of vegetables. Of course it is a perfect serving size for my stomach.

Geothermal activity in the park
I went around a park, which was close to my hostel and it looked like an ordinary park. But I could find many points where the steam was coming from the ground and there were mud pools. All of the area around Rotorua seemed full of geothermal activities just like this. Because of this, you could smell the sulfur anywhere in the town!

Whenever I found fences in the park, and I walked close to them, I could easily see the geothermal activities there. It was the easiest way to learn about Rotorua.
