It was another good day to go for a hike in the mountains.
My destination was First which was a mountain in the north of Grindelwald. The cable car station up to First is located at the east end of the Grindelwald village.

The cable car takes you up to the hiking area of First via a few cable car stations.

The last station(2167m) is a perfect starting place for all levels of hikers.
The journey to lake "Bachalpsee" is well-known for its panoramic alpine view.

A walking path from the station heading to Bachalpsee is an easygoing hiking trail. It was a well-kept walkable path, but it was mostly uphill and it continued all the way to the lake. It was actually harder than it looked!

After 1 hour's walking, at last I came to Bachalpsee(2265m).
There were two small lakes and I heard that the big one was the lake "Bachalpsee", but I couldn't tell which lake was "Bachalpsee"....

When there is no wind, you can take a great picture with the snowcapped summits reflected in the water.

The return journey to First station was a lovely downhill walk!

A wonderful beer break with a panoramic mountain view...and a pasta like "udon"...ha-ha....
