On the final day during our stay in Duesseldorf, when we woke up early in the morning, we walk around the old town.

The Altstadt (old town) was a nice area to stroll. There were lots of wonderful sculptures, historical buildings, and typical German houses, and interesting things like in these photos.

Residential streets along the Rhein. There were many huge buildings looking over the Rhein river and it seemed to be a good residential district.
I am envious of such a wonderful living environment!

We casually strolled along a path leading to a pond but I got a mosquito bite for the first time in years. What a disaster!
