Mainz
I passed the time by wandering around Wiesbaden till noon, then I moved to Mainz. At last, I arrived at my final destination for this German trip!
Mainz is very close to Frankfurt International Airport. It takes about 20 minutes by train so, Mainz is an ideal place to stay before departure.
City-Hotel Neubrunnenhof
The inside of the building and room are much cleaner than I expected. The single room isn't spacious but it isn't that big of a problem to me. It is located close to downtown and there is also a supermarket nearby. The hotel is in a good location.
The only problem with the hotel is that it may be hard to find! The entrance of the hotel is a short distance off from the shopping street and there is a small sign for its parking lot along the street itself. If you miss the small sign, "City-Hotel P", you might take longer to arrive at the hotel.
For the first time in a long while, I found an Asian restaurant in Mainz. It was a China-Thai-Vietnam restaurant. Sometimes I see strange mix of Asian restaurants in Europe. What a combination! It sounds strange to Japanese.
I would go back to Japan day after next, but again I chose an Asian restaurant.
