I left the lake "Grindjisee" and kept walking uphill for a while with the valley on my left.
The hiking trail from Grindjisee to Sunnegga has a direct view of the Matterhorn and I would recommend it from that point of view, but it might be a little hard if you exercise too little in your regular life.
The slope was long and windy, and a bit steep for me. I was completely exhausted last year. However it was not so hard for me this year, so I felt that I'd more energy than before and I'd taken off 10 years!
But I made a big mistake there...I didn't follow the downhill trail toward Sunnegga and I headed up to the top of Blauherd....

The trail to Blauherd was a very steep and narrow zigzag path, and it looked like an endless uphill.
I was too tired to enjoy watching cute mountain animals. Moreover, I had to walk with my back against the Matterhorn and it was really boring. I was just tired is all....
I guessed it was just my imagination that I had lots of energy because my 10 years came back quickly.

I struggled with the steep hill for an hour and at long last I arrived at the cable car station at the top of Blauherd.
Probably it took too much time compared to other people. In fact, lots of elderly people passed by me on the way!
I need to reflect on my life...the only daily exercise I get is moving my heavy mouse at my computer.
I regretted I'd made such big mistake....

The beer after hiking beyond my ability tasted GOOD. I could bet on it.

By the way, this time I took a pedometer on my trip. I was always wearing it on my hike.
Today I walked 28.779 steps. I was totally exhausted from the long uphill and I thought "I can sleep well tonight...."
