Was a kind of Finnish tart.
A tart pastry was made with rye flour and it was stuffed with rice porridge. It tasted homely and it was one of my favorite Finnish foods.
By the way, these tarts with a cup of instant soup were my dinner. The serving size was just right for my stomach. And the cost for that dinner was only 1.50 euro! I was really tired of big-portion restaurants....
