Guest House OUTA
It was a short walk to the city center and I stayed there for 6 nights. It cost 40 euro per night and it was reasonable!

A owner of the guest house. He was very friendly and helpful. He always helped me unlock the front door at night...because I always couldn't open the door for the life of me. I didn't know why. Of course I had the key...I guessed I had been always in rush to open the door!
By the way, I took this picture when I checked out the guest house. Before I pressed the shutter button, he went to the bathroom with bed hair and came back with neat hair. ...He had looked more casual during my stay there!!
Single room without a bath
There wasn't a private bath in the room(a shower room and gender-segregated toilets were in the hallway). However, the guesthouse was small and so they were located near to each guest room. Everywhere was always kept tidy so I felt at home.
There was a wash basin, an electric pot and a microwave oven in the room and it was very convenient. It was nice to drink something hot whenever I wanted.

A wonderful chair to sit in and drop off to sleep in front of the TV. I often fell asleep on it while waching the TV and I was awakened at night by the cold. The chair was great but it wasn't good for health!
When I arrived at Rovaniemi, it was raining a little. A thermometer stood at 0 degrees Celsius and it wasn't as cold as I thought.
