As you keep walking on the town wall, you can find a museum inside a tower.

Noerdlingen is home to many museums, such as the DB Museum, the Noerdlingen city museum and the Ries Crater Museum.
The museum inside the tower is called "Stadtmauermuseum(the city wall museum)" and it offers the history of Noerdlingen's town wall.

The tower is about 40m high and you can go up to the top but there isn't a viewing platform. It wasn't so high although the two views over each side of the town wall was very interesting.

My return train from Noerdlingen took a different route to get to Ulm and it was a very local line. The scenery from the window was great but I was unable to relax!
There were lots of students on board and they were terribly loud! Boys made unnecessary noises for instance they would kick an empty can, crush an empty box of confectionery, toss their bags, their behavior was just raucous.
Girls were worse. They talked loudly and sang in a loud voice. Once, a girl stared to sing, soon other girls around her began to sing one after the other! It was a disaster. Groups of school girls are awfully noisy. Perhaps it is an universal standard!

I get too irritated, so I got hungry!

Brauhaus Barfuesser
Is a famous restaurant which serves local food and home-brewed beer. There is a variety of beer and I drank unfiltered beer. It was great!

My dinner was a tomato sauce pasta with a "Beck's" beer. Beck's Brewery is a brewery in the north German city of Bremen. It became famous because of the fairytale the "Bremen Musicians" by the Grimm Brothers.
