The view from the top of Coronet Peak
As you can see, there was no snow, except on the top of mountains.
The view from the middle of the ski slope
It was not crowded just like a Japanese weekday.
Everyone went down from the top to the base without stopping so I didn't ask anyone to take a picture of me.... I was the only person who took lots of rest on the way!
Ski slope
It was the beginning of the ski season so there was not so much snow at the bottom of the ski slope. The snow at the base of the mountain was very hard and icy because it was clod in the evening but it got warm during the day. And there were icy conditions in some places on the slope....it looked very dangerous! But it was good on the top.
A lodge on Coronet Peak
I hadn't eaten anything since last night and I drank beer. So I couldn't move and didn't care so much about skiing. If snow conditions are bad or not, a beer tastes so good!
I started skiing at 9:00 and I drank beer at 11:00. I couldn't move and left there first thing in the afternoon. I ended up repeating the above the next day. When I returned all the things I had rented to the rental shop at around 2 p.m. people in the shop said "What's wrong with you? Did you hurt yourself? Or do you want to change your ski gear??" It seemed that there was nobody else who returned snow gear so soon. I couldn't say, "I drank too much...."
