We arrived an hour later at the Walter Peak Farm. The Walter Peak Farm is directly opposite the Queenstown shore. People who had a farm excursion ticket got off, and the others returned back to Queenstown.

Walter Peak Farm
is located on the western shores of Lake Wakatipu across from Queenstown. It was in the high lands where the sheep farm was open to visitors.

center: I watched sheep dogs rounding up the herd of sheep. It didn't look like easy work. The sheep dogs displays its fangs and chases the sheep who are running like crazy to get inside the gate. It didn't look as peaceful as I had expected!

Afternoon tea
The excursion cruise included a traditional afternoon tea. There were different kinds of handmade sweets on the table. I met a young Japanese girl, who was enjoying studing English at Queenstown. I really regret not studying abroad like her when I was a high school student! She was a part-time worker on the excursion cruise.
