Peppers Bar and Peppers Restaurant in the lodge
There was a large picture window facing Lake Wakatipu. It was a small but cozy restaurant with friendly staff.

Peppers Restaurant
I visited there lots of times. The food was great, the portion were very large for Japanese people. So I sometimes left food on my plates because I couldn't eat everything.... I like to have a beer with dinner and I drank some it every day. As soon as I sat down at the table, the staff asked me 'Beer?'. I wondered if they thought that Japanese people were small eaters and drunk a lot!

Our room
I stayed in the same room for 2 weeks. Most people who came to the room stayed for only 1 or 2 days and moved out. The room was as messy as my house in Japan because I made a mess of the room....
