Jugendherberge Nuernberg (Nuernberg YHA)
The Imperial Castle, symbol of Nuernberg, stands on a slight hill at the northern edge of the old town.
My accomodation was also on the same hill and it was a part of the Imperial Castle's buildings! Surprisingly, nowadays one of those buildings is used for accomodation! By the way, it was really hard to walk on stone-paved streets with my suitcase. After 20 minutes it couldn't stand it, so I got in a taxi!

It was a 9-storey building and it was really tough to go upstairs. Of course elevator is available but it was always busy and I didn't like it.

I stayed at the hostel for 4 nights. The female-shared room was very simple but it was very clean. The view from the window overlooking the town was wonderful.
At first I thought that my stay would be comfortable, but actually it was terrible! Because young girls who were going on a school trip stayed on the same floor! Unfortunately, it was the floor for women only so all of the school girls stayed there! They talked loudly, singing with the music, sometimes running around the floor until midnight.... it was really awful. I don't recommend you the hostel during school trips season. I was out of luck!

The dining room was also clean and spacious. But it's bad time when it was full of the loudly school girls.
