Loewenbraeu brewery & restaurant
I went out for a drink with three Koreans, who stayed in the same shared room with me. One of them was Cho-san, who had gone to the Augustiner Braeustuben together the day before, and the other two were young girls who were traveling together around Europe for a month. Although I visited Germany, there were many opportunities to get to know Koreans on this trip.

Loewenbraeu is one of the popular brewries in Munich and one of only six breweries permitted to serve beer at the Oktoberfest. It produces a traditional Munich style beer.
left: A full mug of beer on the left was a normal sized mug in Munich, it was 1L! It was almost too hard to hold up with one hand.
center,right: Loewenbraeu means "lion's brew" and its logo includes a image of a golden lion.

left: Kim-san used to work at a duty-free shop in Korea and she had lots of opportunities to talk with Japanese tourists. So her Japanese was wonderful. She knew eye-opening Japanese phrases that were suitable for the situation! It made me feel all funny.
center: A girl with a white cap was Kang-san. I heard that she used to be able to drink about three bottles of Korean distilled spirit when she was young!

Weisses Brauhaus
We went to another beer hall on that night. We were all beer lovers.

It was the second time for me to visit the beer hall. There was a good selection of beers both light and dark. I drank dark beer at this time and it was also nice beer.
